      How do I perform a batch Manual Data Sync on Traveler Applications?

      Administrators with permissions can perform a Batch Manual Data Sync to easily update traveler profile data across multiple applications and forms. This ensures the latest profile data is reflected on selected applications, saving time and improving data consistency.

      Via Partners with SFTP data integrations can benefit from performing a batch manual data sync. Via recommends to wait until your next data cadence has passed to ensure a successful update.  

      Performing a Batch Manual Data sync will replace any existing responses related to traveler information fields with the most current profile data. If no data exists in the traveler's profile, the data will be cleared.
This action can not be undone.

      To perform a Batch Manual Data Sync on the Traveler Application Dashboard...

      1. Login to Via 
      2. Click Applications
      3. Click Traveler Applications
        1. Switch to the BETA Dashboard
      4. Filter then select the checkboxes for the desired data row(s)
      5. Click Actions 
      6. Click Manual Data Sync
      7. Enter SYNC (in all caps)
      8. Click Manual Sync






      To perform a Batch Manual Data Sync on the Application Content Dashboard...

      1. Login to Via 
      2. Click Applications
      3. Click Application Content
        1. Switch to the BETA Dashboard
      4. Filter then select the checkboxes for the desired data row(s)
      5. Click Actions 
      6. Click Manual Data Sync
      7. Enter SYNC (in all caps)
      8. Click Manual Sync
