How do I invite Administrative users into my account?

All Via Global accounts have a pre-determined number of Admin users dictated by the license agreement, as well as a limit to the number of Super Users. Interested in increasing the number of Admins in the account and/or Super User limit? Email support@via-trm.com for next steps! 

Only Admins with permission can invite other administrators into your account.

To invite an admin…

  1. Click your photo/silhouette in the upper right corner and select Settings
  2. Click the Users tab
  3. Click + Invite Admin User
  4. Type in the first name, last name, and a valid email address
  5. Select the desired role type
  6. Click Send Invite

 

Resend invitation

If an invited Administrator has not yet created their account, Resend Invite will appear under their email address or name. Admins with permission have the ability to resend the invitation. If an invitation is resent, Via will send the (re)invited Admin an email encouraging them to create their account.

To resend an invite...

  1. Click your photo/silhouette in the upper right corner and select Settings
  2. Click the Users tab
  3. Locate the desired Admin User
  4. Click Resend Invite
