How do I extend an application deadline for one Traveler?

A common question we hear at Via from administrators goes something like this...

"I want to allow one person to submit their application but the deadline has passed. I don't want to open the application deadline for students to create new applications. Nor do I want a flood of late-comers submitting applications without consulting with our office. What do I do?"

Well, admins, here's what you do!

In Via, Travelers can edit and save their application as long as the application is in the Incomplete status. 

Via's recommendation is to counsel the Traveler to continue editing and saving their application until they've completed filling it out. Once complete, an admin with permission can change the application status to submitted. Voila! Mischief managed...
