      How do I embed a video within an Internal Program Brochure?

      Program Brochures are created by administrators with all program and term-related information for travelers to view. Administrators can use embedded videos to share valuable program information, program experiences, and promotional material in an engaging way. A video can be embedded within the following Program Brochure tabs...

      1. Program Information tab
      2. About Program tab
      3. Academics tab
      4. Eligibility tab. 

      Embedded videos must be hosted on supported platforms (Youtube or Vimeo) and the video must have a public visibility setting. 

      Admins can only embed a video for an Internal Program Brochure.

      To embed a video within a Program Brochure....

      1. Log in as an administrator 
      2. Click Programs 
      3. Filter for your desired program
      4. Click the Program Name hyperlink
      5. Click Edit Program
      6. Scroll to your desired Program Modify section
      7. Copy the page URL of the video
      8. Paste into the field 
      9. Click Save
