Editing Program Tab names allows institutions to customize Program Brochure tabs based on internal preferences. Administrators with permission to create/edit programs can customize the names of their Internal Program brochure tabs for visitors and travelers to reference when viewing program information. As a result, offices can curate program brochure tab names to better communicate vital program information in ways that resonate with their audience.
Information on a program brochure is broken up into the following tabs:
- Program Overview
- About Program
- Academics
- Term Information
- What's Included
- Eligibility
- Cost & Funding
- Resources
Each of the tab names above can be renamed within the edit program brochure modify page.
Renaming Program Brochure tabs only applies to the individual Program Brochure you’re editing.
When duplicating an Internal Program, the customized program tab name will carry over to the newly created program. Admins can continue to edit the Program Tab name based on the office's needs.
To edit a tab name...
- Click Programs in your main navigation menu
- Search for or apply filters to find your desired program
- In the Actions column, click the pencil icon for the Program you want to edit
- On the Edit Program Brochure Modify page, scroll to the bottom until you see the Program Display section
- In the Brochure Tab Customization section, under Actions, click the pencil icon for the tab you’d like to rename
- Type in the desired name and click Save
- Click Save in the top right hand corner of the Edit Program Brochure Modify page
