How do I edit my branding?

Custom branding allows Admins to customize the visual brand of their organization’s Via Global account. Admins can add their logo, choose colors for their Via TRM account and select aliases to customize the language in Via to their liking.

Admins with permission can edit the following:

  1. Logo
  2. Organization Colors
  3. Custom aliases

Logo

Logo is a visual representation of your organization. It appears in the top left corner in the main navigation menu for Admins & Travelers, on mailers received in email inboxes, and on both the sign in and sign up pages for your organization’s account. We recommend uploading a .png or .jpg photo at a size and resolution of 227x227px and 150ppi respectively.

To add or update your logo…

  1. Click the photo icon in the upper right corner in the main navigation menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the Branding tab
  4. In the Organization Logo section...
  5. Click Upload Photo
  6. Select a logo file to upload
  7. Click Save

Organization Colors

In Via, Admins have the opportunity to customize the colors of their Via TRM account. Admins can get creative and adjust their account colors to match their own brand.

Do not use white for any of your custom colors as anything in that custom color will disappear in certain views. Via recommends using the SAME custom color for both secondary and accent hex as Via is moving toward a two color branding scheme for accessibility.

  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the Branding tab
