How do I duplicate a Plan Form?
Admins can duplicate Plan Forms for convenience. This is extremely helpful particularly when there is a Plan Form that only needs minor edits. All edits - from adding questions to deleting fields to rearranging the order - impact ALL Traveler Plan Form that have been created from the original Plan Form. As a result, if a Plan Form needs editing and has been used previously, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to consider duplicating the Plan Form, editing the newly created Plan Form and then adding it to Travel Plans or directly to Travelers, as desired. Any changes made to a duplicating template, will not negatively impact the original template. Happy editing!
To duplicate a General Form…
- Click Builder in the main navigation
- Click Plan Form
- Click the 3 dots under Actions in the same row as the desired Plan Form and select Duplicate
- Proceed to editing the newly created Plan Form
- Click Next when edits are complete
- Click Save to save the changes
