How do I duplicate a General Form (template)?

Admins can duplicate General Forms for convenience. This is extremely helpful particularly when there is a Form that only needs minor edits. All edits - from adding questions to deleting fields to rearranging the order - impact ALL Traveler Forms that have been created from the original General Form. As a result, if a General Form needs editing and has been used previously, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to consider duplicating the General Form, editing the newly created General Form and then adding it to internal terms, suitcases or directly to Travelers, as desired. To duplicate a General Form…

  1. Click Builder in the main navigation
  2. Click General Forms
  3. Click the 3 dots under Actions in the same row as the desired General Form and select Duplicate
  4. Proceed to editing the newly created General Form
  5. Click Next when edits are complete
  6. Click Save to save the changes
