      How do I download Traveler Application and Form data as a PDF?

      Via allows admins with permission to download Traveler Application data, Traveler Form data, and associated uploaded files. This feature allows administrators to download traveler data to streamline important internal processes.

      Admins will have the ability to download the following information...

      • Application Responses 
      • Uploaded Files by Traveler 
      • Form Responses 
      • Uploaded Files by Traveler

      When only downloading Responses, files will download as a PDF stored within a single folder.

      When downloading Responses and Uploaded Files, files will download within a .zip file. Responses will be saved as a PDF. All uploaded files will be downloaded in the format in which they were uploaded.

      When downloading traveler application and form data in batch, it will always download as a zip file. Administrators must unzip the file in order to access viewable files. 

       

      The ability to batch download Traveler Applications, Traveler Form data, and Traveler uploads is also available on the following dashboard views...

      Application Dashboards

      • Traveler Applications view 
      • Application Content view 

      Form Dashboards

      • Traveler Forms view 
      • Form Content view 

       

      Tip: When files are downloaded, they will be in the format in which they were uploaded. If you prefer a specific file format, such as PDF or jpeg, Via recommends including instructions for the traveler in the relevant questions within your templates. 

      To download a Traveler's Application data...

      1. Click on Applications in your main navigation menu 
      2. Filter or search for the desired Traveler application
      3. Click on the Application Template hyperlink for your desired traveler application 
      4. Click on Actions on the top right of your screen
      5. Click Download PDF
      6. Select the checkboxes to download your desired documents (Application Responses and/or Uploaded Files by Traveler). 
      7. Click Download PDF 

      To download a Traveler's Form data...

      1. Click on Forms in your main navigation menu 
      2. Filter or search for the desired Traveler form
      3. Click on the Form Template hyperlink for your desired traveler form 
      4. Click on Actions on the top right of your screen
      5. Click Download PDF
      6. Select the checkboxes to download your desired documents (Form Responses and/or Uploaded Files by Traveler). 
      7. Click Download PDF 

       

       

      To batch download Traveler Applications and uploads in batch... 

      1. Log in as an administrator 
      2. Click Applications in the main navigation menu
        1. Choose Traveler Applications or Application Content as your preferred view
      3. Filter for your desired data
      4. Select the checkboxes associated with the data row(s) 
      5. Click Actions 
      6. Select Download PDF 
      7. Select desired download options
      8. Click Download PDF

       

      To batch download Traveler Forms and uploads in batch... 

      1. Log in as an administrator 
      2. Click Forms in the main navigation menu
        1. Choose Traveler Forms or Form Content as your preferred view
      1. Filter for your desired data
      2. Select the checkboxes associated with the data row(s) 
      3. Click Actions 
      4. Select Download PDF 
      5. Select desired download options
      6. Click Download PDF
