      How do I delete Traveler Tags?

      Admins with permission can delete a Traveler Tag. Deleting tags is an irreversible action, so Via recommends exercising caution when deleting tags!

      Deleting a tag will remove that tag from your Via account - including removing the tag from any and all Travelers to which the tag was associated.


      To delete a Tag...
      1. Log in to Via as an admin with permission to create/edit/delete tags
      2. Go to the Travelers dashboard
      3. Click the name or email address of a Traveler to go to the Traveler's profile
      4. Click the Actions and select Add / Remove Traveler Tags from the dropdown
      5. On the Traveler Tags panel, click on the dropdown for Traveler Tags and select Edit Tags
      6. Click the Pencil Icon next to the Tag you want to delete
      7. Click the Delete/trash can icon
      8. Type DELETE to confirm deletion 
      9. Click the Delete button
