      How do I delete an Automation?

      Automations are automated workflows designed to save administrators time by streamlining repetitive manual tasks based on specific triggers, conditions, and actions. Organizations can create as many customized workflows as needed to support their office processes. Once an Automation is toggled to Inactive, any administrator with permissions can delete it from the Builder.

      If an Automation is currently Active, Via will not allow admins to delete it from their site. Instead, admins must first toggle the Automation to Inactive before it can be deleted.

      Once an Automation is deleted all records of the Automation's history is permanently deleted and is irretrievable. 

      To delete an Automation...

      1. Click Builder 
      2. Click Automations
      3. Click on the Automation Name hyperlink
      4. If Active, toggle the Automation to Inactive
      5. Click Actions 
      6. Click Delete
      7. Click Continue
