      How do I delete an archived Plan Form (templates)?

      The Via team recommends deleting archived Plan Form templates with caution! Once a Plan Form template is updated to an archived state, an administrator (with permission) has the ability to delete it from the Builder page. 

      Deleting an archived Plan Form Template will permanently delete the archived form and all associated Traveler data. Once the action is completed all associate data will be irretrievable.

      To delete an archived Application template...

      1. Click Builder 
      2. Click Forms 
      3. Click Plan Form
      4. Click Archived 
      5. Click Actions for the desired template row
      6. Click Delete 
      7. Enter DELETE
      8. Click Delete
