      How do I delete an archived General Form (template)?

      The Via team recommends deleting archived General Form templates with caution! Once an General Form template is updated to an archived state, an administrator (with permission) has the ability to delete it from the Builder page. 

      Templates can only be deleted in the Draft or Archived State.

      Deleting an Archived General Form Template will permanently delete the archived form and all associated Traveler data. Once the action is completed all associate data will be irretrievable.

      To delete an archived General Form template...

      1. Click Builder 
      2. Click Forms 
      3. Click General Forms
      4. Click Archived 
      5. Click Actions for the desired template row
      6. Click Delete 
      7. Enter DELETE
      8. Click Delete
