      How do I delete an archived Application (template)?

      The Via team recommends deleting archived Application templates with caution! Once an Application template is updated to an archived state, an administrator (with permission) has the ability to delete it from the Builder. 

      Templates can only be deleted while in the Draft or Archived State. 

      Deleting an archived Application Template will permanently delete the archived form and all associated Traveler data. Once the action is completed all associate data will be irretrievable.

      To delete an archived Application template...

      1. Click Builder 
      2. Click Forms 
      3. Click Applications
      4. Click Archived 
      5. Click Actions for the desired template row
      6. Click Delete 
      7. Enter DELETE in all caps
      8. Click Delete
