Administrators with permission can delete Plan Forms from travelers or Travel Plans. A Plan Form refers to a form that has been added to a Traveler to fill out. Plan Forms can be added to individual travelers or travelers that have been added to a group or solo plan.
When an Admin deletes a Traveler Plan Form, all data associated with the Form will be deleted and are irretrievable. As such, Via has a double confirm pop-up that appears. Admins wishing to delete a Traveler Plan Form must type DELETE in order to verify and complete the action.

Once Plan Forms have been deleted all traveler data associated with it will be permanently deleted and irretrievable.
To delete a Traveler Plan Form while in review mode...
- Click Via Travel
- Navigate to Plan Forms view
- Filter down to desired data
- Click Plan Form Name Hyperlink
- Click Actions
- Click Delete Plan Form
- Enter DELETE
- Click Delete
To delete a Plan Form from the entire Travel Plan...
- Click Via Travel
- Filter down to desired data
- Click Plan Name hyperlink
- Scroll down and the Associated Plan Forms section
- Click the edit icon for the desired Plan Form
- Click Delete Form
- Enter DELETE
- Click Delete
