How do I delete a Traveler General Form?
Admins with permission can delete Traveler General Forms. A Traveler General Form refers to a form that a Traveler has filled out. (For more information on deleting the custom General Form templates that an Admin in your organization has created, click here.)
When an Admin deletes a Traveler General Form, all data associated with the General Form will be deleted and are irretrievable. As such, Via has a double confirm pop-up that appears. Admins wishing to delete a Traveler General Form must type DELETE in order to verify and complete the action.
Deleted Traveler General Forms cannot be retrieved.
Admins can access Traveler Forms from either the Form Dashboard (as described in the steps below) or from the Traveler Profile. In the video, the Admin accesses the Traveler Form from the Traveler Profile.
To delete a Traveler General Form...
- Click Forms in the main navigation menu
- Find the desired Traveler General Form
- Click the name of the General Form to open the Traveler General Form
- In the Review panel on the right, click Actions
- Select Delete Form
- Type DELETE
- Click Delete
