How do I delete a Travel Plan?

Administrators with permission have the ability to delete a Group or Solo Plan. Group and Solo Plans are Travel Plans that are created to store travel rosters, collect itinerary details, assist with collecting risk management data, and track traveler safety while abroad. If a Group or Solo plan is no longer needed, admins can delete it from Via Travel. 

To delete a Travel Plan...

1. Click Via Travel
2. Filter down to your preferred data
3. Click Plan Name hyperlink
4. Click Actions
5. Click Delete Plan
6. Enter DELETE
7. Click the Delete button
