How do I delete a Standard Report?

The Downloads Page allows admins (with permission) to view, manage, and download created standard reports. Admins can delete completed Standard Reports from their Downloads page at any time. 

 

Deleting a Standard Report WILL NOT negatively impact active or historical data in Via. Deleting a Standard Report will only delete the report itself from appearing on the Downloads Page. Once the reports have been deleted, the files are irretrievable. Admins can generate a Standard Report with existing data at any time. 

To Delete a Standard Report from the Standard Report Downloads Page...

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu (or the Downloads page icon on the top right corner of your screen)
  2. Find the Standard Report you would like to delete
  3. Click on the Trash Can icon within the row 
  4. The Standard Report deleted notification will appear
  5. Your report will be removed from your Downloads Page and is now deleted
