An internal Program Term allows admins to add their internal term information with the goal of opening a term or application cycle to travelers within their organizations. Admins with permission can only delete an internal program term if no Traveler applications exit for that specific program term. To delete a Term with existing applications, admins must first DELETE the traveler applications before deleting the term.
If there are NO EXISTING TRAVELER APPLICATIONS associated with a Program Term, Via will display the following modal

If admins with permission attempt to DELETE an Internal Term with existing applications, the term will be canceled. Via will always let admins know if there are existing traveler applications before attempting to delete a program term.
To delete an Internal Program Term...
- Log in as an administrator
- Click on Programs in your main navigation menu
- Filter for your desired program
- Click on the Program Name hyperlink
- Click Edit Program
- Click Manage Terms
- Find the Program Term row to delete and click the 'X'
- In the Confirm Deletion modal, Type DELETE.
- Click Delete
