      How do I delete a Draft Plan Form (Templates)?

      Administrators with permission can delete a Plan Form Template within the Builder while in the  Draft state. 

      Instead of deleting your draft template, consider transforming it to a new template! It might just save you time streamlining your process for future terms.

      Once a Draft template is deleted, all information associated will be permanently deleted. 

       

      To delete a Plan Form in the Draft state...

      1. Click Builder in the main navigation
      2. Click Plan Form
      3. Click Draft to view Draft Plan Form
      4. Locate the desired Plan Form
      5. Click the 3 dots under Actions in the same row as the desired Plan Form and select Delete

      Deleted draft Plan Forms cannot be recovered.
