How do I create and save a note to a Traveler Profile?
Notes are created by and for Administrators as a way to track information about Travelers that is for Admin eyes only. Any Admin with permission can add a Note to a Traveler Profile. Notes are not visible to Travelers and, at this time, notes are not editable.
To create and save a Note…
- Click Travelers in the main navigation menu
- Search or filter for the desired traveler
- Click the Traveler’s name or email
- Click the NOTES tab
- Type a subject and message
- Click Save
Admins can navigate to a Traveler Profile by clicking the Traveler name or email from the following dashboards: Travelers, Applications, Forms, Event Participants
