How do I customize the Cover Image Carousel on Program Brochures?

Admins create internal Program Brochures to share information about available programs to travelers. Program Brochures are intuitive, easy to create, and editable at any time. Administrators, with permission, have the ability to add up to 10 beautiful cover images to each program brochure based on institutional preferences. Administrators can save images in two ways...

1. Choosing to utilize our Unsplash Integration
2. Choosing to manually upload image files

When multiple cover images are saved, Via will display a photo carousel that will allow viewers to scroll through beautiful images with the Program Brochure Carousel slider.

To customize the Program Brochure Carousel using Unsplash... 

1. Click Programs
2. Filter for desired Program Brochure
3. Click Program Name Hyperlink
4. Click Edit Program 
5. Click Manage Cover Images
6. Select the Unsplash
7. Enter or choose preferred keywords
8. Click Search
9. Select preferred images
10. Click Add
    1. Reorder your images, if desired
11. Click Save

To customize the Program Brochure Carousel using the Upload Image option... 

1. Click Programs
2. Filter for desired Program Brochure
3. Click Program Name Hyperlink
4. Click Edit Program 
5. Click Manage Cover Images
6. Select the Upload Image option
7. Drag and drop your image file or,
   
   1. Click into the pop-up to upload an image.
   2. Select the image file stored in your device and upload
8. Click Add
9. Click Save
