How do I cancel or reinstate a Travel Plan?

Within the plan overview, admins can cancel or reinstate a Plan at any time. When cancelled, all Details associated with the Plan will be removed from Travelers. If reinstated, those removed Details are NOT automatically re-added to Travelers. Details can always be reinstated manually per Traveler by either an Admin or Traveler.

To cancel a solo or group plan…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Plans view
  3. Locate the desired plan and click the Plan name
  4. If the plan is solo, click Edit Solo Plan
  5. If the plan is group, click Edit Group Plan
  6. Under Registration Status, select Cancelled
  7. Click Save Plan

To reinstate a solo or group plan…

  1. Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Plans view
  3. Locate the desired plan and click the plan name
  4. If the plan is solo, click Edit Solo Plan
  5. If the plan is group, click Edit Group Plan
  6. Under Registration Status, select Open
  7. Click Save Plan
