How do I cancel or reinstate a Travel Plan?
Within the plan overview, admins can cancel or reinstate a Plan at any time. When cancelled, all Details associated with the Plan will be removed from Travelers. If reinstated, those removed Details are NOT automatically re-added to Travelers. Details can always be reinstated manually per Traveler by either an Admin or Traveler.
To cancel a solo or group plan…
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- You will land on the Plans view
- Locate the desired plan and click the Plan name
- If the plan is solo, click Edit Solo Plan
- If the plan is group, click Edit Group Plan
- Under Registration Status, select Cancelled
- Click Save Plan
To reinstate a solo or group plan…
- Click Via Travel in the main navigation menu
- You will land on the Plans view
- Locate the desired plan and click the plan name
- If the plan is solo, click Edit Solo Plan
- If the plan is group, click Edit Group Plan
- Under Registration Status, select Open
- Click Save Plan
