Via Sparks is Via TRM's official user community. Dedicated to the members of International Education, it is a wonderful and warm space where Admins can share ideas, give advice and discuss topics in pursuit of our collective mission to empower global opportunities.
By joining Via Sparks, you not only get the chance to expand your professional network, but you also have the power to shape the future of Via. By becoming a member of Via Sparks, you will have the exciting opportunity to sign up for our Via Labs, participate in Beta testing experiences, and register for our free product training webinars. As a member, you can also stay current on the latest developments and advancements in Via, ensuring you have the knowledge and tools to achieve your daily goals.
Tip: after creating an account in Via Sparks, you'll log into the community using the same 'Via Sparks' menu option!
This user community is included when you become a Via TRM Partner and can be accessed while logged into Via as an administrator. To sign up for Via Sparks:
- Log in as an Administrator in Via
- Click on your profile silhouette or picture in the top right corner of your screen
- Click the 'Via Sparks' option in the menu
- Complete the 'Join Via Sparks Community' form, accept the terms and click 'Sign Up'
- Create your Via Sparks profile and include a profile picture, name, and bio along with other information you want to add.
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Continue'. Congratulations, you're officially a member! Don't forget to head over to our '👋 Say Hello' space and introduce yourself to the community!
