Admins with permission can add questions with conditional logic to Forms. Currently, Admins can add conditional logic to Single Choice and Dropdown question types. Once the logic is added, Admins can select from three options for the 'second' question - Short Text, Long Text and File Upload.
Example 1 - Single Choice:
Admin wants to know a Traveler's home campus IF the Traveler is not enrolled at the Admin's University.
Admins creates a Single Choice question and asks (yes or no) whether that Traveler goes to the Admin's University. Admin then chooses that IF the Travelers answers 'no,' that Traveler will see an additional question asking them what their home campus is.
Example 2 - Dropdown:
Admins wants Travelers that have applied for a passport but have not yet received it to upload confirmation of their passport application.
Admins creates a Dropdown question and asks the status of the Traveler's passport with some choices like a) I have it! b) I applied but haven't received it c) I haven't applied yet
Admin then chooses that IF the Traveler answers b) I applied but haven't received it, that Traveler will see an additional question asking them to upload confirmation of the application.
Logic, once created, cannot be edited, however it can be deleted. If you choose to Delete, you can add new logic as desired.
