How do I add an application to an internal program term?

In order for Travelers to apply to a program term, an application must be attached. Given an application is attached, the program term has a start date in the future, and there is either no application deadline or a deadline in the future, Travelers will see an Apply Now button on the program term.

Admins can attach applications to both internal and provider programs. Click here for more information on attaching applications to provider programs.

For internal programs, applications can be attached either one at a time or in batch.

Once attached, an application cannot be removed. Application deadline date and time can be edited at anytime.

To add Applications to Program Terms in batch...

  1. Click Programs in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Internal view
  3. Click the Internal Terms view
  4. Check the box to select the desired internal program term(s)
  5. Click Actions
  6. Click Add Application from the dropdown
  7. Select an Application and add a deadline, if desired
  8. Click Add
  9. Confirm by clicking Add Application

To add an Application to an internal program within that program's Program Settings…

  1. Click Programs in the main navigation menu
  2. You will land on the Internal view
  3. Find the desired program
  4. Click the Settings Wheel 
  5. Find the desired term (Click here for more info on adding Terms to internal Programs)
  6. Click + ADD APPLICATION (Add deadline date and time, if desired)
  7. Click SAVE
