How do I add a Custom Brochure Section to an Authorized Program?

An administrator with permission has the ability to add a Custom Brochure Section to the Authorized Program Brochure. Adding a Custom Program Brochure Section can be considered as adding your own Home Campus note to an external program and can be done individually, one program at a time, or using our batch action functionality. Admins have the ability to add only one Custom Brochure Section per Authorized Program. 

A Custom Brochure Section can only be added to an Authorized Program after an Admin has authorized the program into their organization,

 

To add a Custom Brochure Section to an Authorized Program...

  1. Click Programs
  2. Click Authorized
  3. Click on the Program Name hyperlink  
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Add/Edit Custom Brochure Section
  6. Enter text for Brochure Section Title
  7. Enter body text for Brochure Section
  8. Click Add/Edit 
  9. Custom Brochure Section has been added

 

 

Adding a Custom Brochure Section to an Authorized Program that already has a Custom Section saved will override the existing section. Via recommends confirming that the correct program data rows have selected before adding the Custom Brochure Section in batch.

To add a Custom Brochure Section to one or more Authorized Program in batch...

  1. Click Programs
  2. Click Authorized
  3. Click the checkboxes to one or more data rows
  4. Click Actions
  5. Select Add/Edit Custom Brochure Section
  6. Enter text for Brochure Section Title
  7. Enter body text for Brochure Section
  8. Click Add/Edit 
  9. Custom Brochure Section has been added to all selected Authorized Programs
