How do I access Via's knowledge base?

Accessing our knowledge base is the best resource to find answers to all your product-related questions! Our knowledge base contains over 300 helpful articles with easy-to-follow steps and short videos to help you achieve your Via goals. Admins can now access our extensive knowledge base within the Via app, 24/7, while logged into their accounts.  

To find Via's Knowledge Base in-app:

1. Log in as an Administrator in Via
   
   
2. Click on your profile silhouette or picture in the top right corner of your screen
   
   
   
3. Click the 'Knowledge Base' option in the menu
   
   
   
4. You are now in Via's Knowledge Base!
