How do I access Via's Knowledge Base?

Accessing our Knowledge Base is the best resource to find answers to all your product-related questions! Our Knowledge Base contains over 300 helpful articles with easy-to-follow steps and short videos to help you achieve your Via goals. 

As of January 2026, the Knowledge Base transitioned from a public access to a private access model. Users are required to create an account and log in to access the Knowledge Base. New users will receive an email  with the subject "Via TRM: Register to Access Partner Content 📑" to create their account. If you have not received this email,  please reach out to support@via-trm.com for assistance with creating your account. 

To create your account...

  1. Locate the email with the subject "Via TRM: Register to Access Partner Content 📑in your inbox
  2. Click on Register to view content button in the email
  3. Type in a password
  4. Retype password to confirm
  5. Click on Save password

Password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character.

Once your account is created, you can log in to access the Knowledge Base. 

To sign in...

  1. Go to help.viatrm.com
  2. Click on Sign In in the top right hand corner
  3. Enter in your email address and password
  4. Click on Sign In

The log in for the Knowledge Base is separate from your log in for Via.

To reset your password... 

  1. Go to help.viatrm.com
  2. Click on Sign In in the top right hand corner
  3. Click on Forgot Password
  4. Enter in your email address
  5. Click on Send reset email
  6. Locate the email with the subject "Secure Password Reset for Your Private Via Content 🔒in your inbox
  7. Click on the Reset Password button in the email
  8. Type in a new password and retype to confim password
  9. Click on Save password

Users can easily access the Knowledge Base in Via. 

To find Via's Knowledge Base in-app...

  1. Log in as an Administrator in Via
  2. Click on your profile silhouette or picture in the top right corner of your screen

  3. Click the 'Knowledge Base' option in the menu

  4. If required, log in using the email address and password used to create your account in the Knowledge Base.
  5. You are now in Via's Knowledge Base!
