How do I access Via's Knowledge Base?
Via's Knowledge Base is the go-to resource for all product-related questions, featuring over 300 articles with step-by-step guidance and short videos to help administrators reach their Via goals.
As the Knowledge Base is hosted behind a private content portal, administrators must register for an account before gaining access to content. Administrators without access should reach out to support@via-trm.com, and the support team will be happy to assist with the registration process.
The log in for Via's Knowledge Base is separate and will not impact an admin's Via Account credentials.
During registration, administrators will need to create a unique password that is separate from their Via account credentials. Once registered, administrators will have 24/7 access to the Knowledge Base for convenient, self-paced learning.
Once admins have completed registration users can sign in and access the knowledge base.
Password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character.
To Sign In after completing registration...
- Go to help.viatrm.com
- Click on Sign In in the top right corner of the page
- Enter the email address and password
- Click on Sign In

To reset your password...
- Go to help.viatrm.com
- Click on Sign In in the top right hand corner
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter in your email address
- Click on Send reset email
- Locate the email to reset your secured password
- Click on the Reset Password button in the email
- Type in a new password and retype to confim password
- Click on Save password
