      As a traveler, how do I sign out of my account?

      Once a traveler is signed in to Via, they can sign out at any time. If you are working with multiple browser tabs, we recommend closing out all Via tabs, except one to successfully log out. After signing out, Via will automatically redirect users to the Sign In page, where they can easily sign back in if needed.

       

      As a traveler, if you are in the process of entering new information make sure you click on the 'Save' button within your application or forms before fully signing out. This step ensure all your data is successfully stored in Via.

      To sign out of your account while logged in...

      1. Click on your profile picture or silhouette 
      2. Click Sign Out
      3. You have logged out and have landed on your organization's sign in page
