As a Traveler, how do I edit my account settings?
Account settings allows you to upload a photo, edit your notifications settings and change your password. Note that this password is only for Non Single Sign On users. If you are logging in through your institution's single sign on, you will use your university username and password (which cannot be edited in Via)
Below are the fields available to Travelers in My Account:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address*
- Profile Picture
- Change Password
*Email address is not editable for security purposes
To edit your account as a Traveler…
- Click the photo icon in the upper right corner of the main navigation menu
- Click Account Settings
- Go to My Account, Notifications or Security, as desired
- Make desired changes
- Click Save or Change Password
