As a Traveler, how do I complete Forms added to my Travel Plan?

As a Traveler, your administrators may require that you fill out some forms as part of pre-travel requirements. When navigating to the My Travel tab and then My Plans, you will see the Travel Plan you have been added to and the an indication of the total number of forms you need to fill out. After clicking on the Travel Plan card and then selecting the My Plan Forms tab, all forms to complete will be listed along with their deadlines. 

To view your form/s...

1. Login to Via

2. Click the My Travel tab in the left navigation menu

3. Click My Plans 

4. Click the preferred Travel Plan card

5. Click My Plan Forms tab

6. Click View/Edit of the preferred Form

7. Fill out and complete form

8. When ready click Submit

Plan Forms are only editable by Travelers in the Not Started or Started status. Forms in the Submitted and Accepted statuses are not editable by Travelers.
