How do I duplicate an Event?


Administrators with permission have the ability to duplicate an event at any time. Duplicating an event allows admins to easily duplicate regular events and carry over information like event name location start date and event description. Making a duplicate of a pre-existing event saves admins time and helps prepare for their upcoming regular events.

When an admin duplicates an event Via will generate a unique Advanced Sign in Link, QR code and Same Day Attendance Link. 

 

When duplicating your event be sure to edit your desired start and end dates (and times) for your duplicate event, as this information is carried over from the original. 

Duplicating events will not bring over participants associated to the original event.

To duplicate an Event...

  1. Click Events in the main navigation
  2. Click the name of the desired Event
  3. Click Action
  4. Select Duplicate
  5. Edit the duplicate's Event information
  6. Click Save/View 
  7. Share the Advanced Sign-Up link or QR Code when ready to invite travelers!
